The new executive team of iJoin Solutions, LLC introduced its plan for the enhancement of their recently acquired mobile enrollment platform, as well as shared the company’s insight into the future of technology and its role in improving the outcomes of DC plan participants.

 

“Our industry has failed the very people that we are intended on helping,” explains Mark Noble, VP of Sales for iJoin Solutions.  “We have consistnely re-enforced an enrollment strategy that doesn’t work and plan participnats suffer the consequences with their retirement outcomes.”

 

“We need to address the epidemic that faces our country,” says Joe Dunn, CEO of iJoin.  “It is our intention to be bold and different and bring to the marketplace a solution that integrates technology and messaging all through smart technology.  We must change our message to the the Gen X, Gen Y and Millenials,” Joe added.  “What the industry has done to date hasn’t worked.  iJoin’s primary focus is to change the enrollment outcome of plan participants so they can retire on time and with dignity.”
